Few days left! From 13th to 15th of March 2019, the North American Handmade Bicycle Show will take place for the third time in Sacramento. It’s the American exhibition dedicated to handmade bicycles; an original counterpart to other exhibitions of the same field. This touring exhibition takes place every year and it’s the most important exhibition dedicated to handmade bicycles all over the world.

NAHBS bike USA

NAHBS has become an important benchmark for manufacturers, buyers and big companies, since it is considered “very close to the most authentic soul of cycling, made up of people and real passion”. When you take part in this show, you can come face to face with a broad world of different manufacturers. It can happen that some product managers of famous brands stroll around the show just to get new inspirations!

NAHBS developed first as a virtual community until becoming a real space to share ideas, innovation and to discover new trends every year.

Model Maranello bike made in Italy at NAHBS

More than 180 international exhibitors from Australia, Canada, England, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Russia and Taiwan will take part in this latest edition, the fifteenth. There you can find unique and customised units. Carbon, titanium, steel… and wood!

CarrerBikes will be represented by the bicycle Bibione (read here), with its frame made of ebiara wood and the new bicycle Venezia (read here), where the chain has been replaced by the transmission belt.

Pippowheels and the CarrerBikes

This is the third time that CarrerBikes takes part in this international exhibition of handmade bicycles, after the NAHBS editions of 2016 and 2017. Our bikes have been improved over the years. The handmade wooden frame is a real masterpiece of design and manufacturing skills, giving the best performance in terms of resistance, comfort and duration. The product has always been refined, with some limited editions along the years, to try new solutions, like the use of the transmission belt instead of the chain.

See you soon with our feedback from the show!
